Apologies for the mild delay in today’s post. I’d written this piece earlier this month, and then re-written it again, and again, and again. I was, and still am, a little hesitant to post this, because the subject matter is heavy, serious, difficult to do justice, and very unlike recent posts of mine. But I’ve decided to share this anyway, with the caveat that grief and loss is a sensitive topic, and I may unintentionally and inadvertently say things that may trigger some.
